The vetted directory of nexus letter doctors

Find a doctor who actually writes the letter your VA claim needs.

VetVerity is a directory built specifically for U.S. veterans pursuing VA disability claims. We clearly separate clinicians who actively write nexus letters from those who are simply veteran friendly, so you know what kind of appointment you’re booking before you spend a cent.

A working preview

The directory answers one plain question, twice:

Does this clinician write the letter? And, independently: are they right for this condition?Every profile surfaces both so you don’t book a general appointment when you need a nexus letter.

How vetting works

Three checks, documented per profile.

VetVerity is not a paid listing. Each clinician on the directory has documented evidence on file that they:

  1. 01

Write the opinion letter, not just consult on it.

We confirm a recent letter on letterhead for a similar claim category — PTSD, musculoskeletal, sleep apnea, tinnitus, toxic exposure, etc.

  2. 02

Hold a license that matters for the claim.

MD / DO / PhD / PsyD / NP / PA. Specialty, board certification, and NPI number where applicable, on every listing.

  3. 03

Are reachable inside the veteran’s timeline.

Active telehealth in your state, current in-person service area, and a published pricing tier before you book anything.

Why this exists

The same question, every Reddit thread, every Facebook group.

“Who actually writes these letters near me?” Veterans deserve a credibility-first discovery layer instead of a stack of scattered blog posts that mix veteran-friendly general practices with letter-writing specialists and never tell you which is which. VetVerity is built to be the answer that doesn’t rot.

Two kinds of profiles · one directory

Writes the letter

Documented nexus-letter experience in the relevant category. Filterable and visible on every row.

Veteran-friendly only

Useful for general care. We list them and clearly mark them so you’re never surprised at intake.
